This is the rate applied when you exchange your Euros for a foreign currency (Dollar, Pound, Yen...).
Example: You are going on a trip and need local currency.
We buy
You sell currencies
This is the rate applied when you exchange your foreign currency back into Euros.
Example: You are returning from a trip and want to convert back to Euros.
