We accept Vietnamese dong notes currently in circulation, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam). Polymer notes (100,000; 200,000; 500,000 VND) and cotton notes (all common denominations) are accepted. Old notes withdrawn from circulation cannot be exchanged.

No, there is no minimum amount. Given the very low unit value of the dong, the amounts in VND may seem large in terms of number of notes. We handle all quantities.
