Required Identity Documents

To confirm your identity, we kindly ask you to provide one of the following identity documents:

  • National identity card
  • Passport
  • Residence permit

Please note that the document must be valid, legible, and you must have the physical document in your possession (or a digital copy with both the front and back of the document if applicable).

Legal Framework

Our commitment to combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism is governed by French legislation, in particular:

Decree no. 2012-1125 of 3 October 2012 and Article R561-10 amending the thresholds for manual currency exchange transactions from the first euro whenever the client is not physically present.
